The hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal and train station, making it easy to explore Sasebo.

The room cleanliness was lacking as it appeared that only the bins were emptied during my stay.

Comfortable stay with great location

The hotel's proximity to the bus terminal and train station made exploring Sasebo incredibly easy. The breakfast offered a delightful mix of Western and Japanese options.

However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective, leaving it somewhat warm during the night. Additionally, room cleaning was minimal during my stay.

great location

The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had a nice mix of Western and Japanese dishes to choose from. The location was fantastic, right near the station and bus center without facing the busy main road. I enjoyed the bed and being able to get a smoking room.

this place is just a mess, with a room that smelled so funky i thought i was in a dumpster. the check-in was painfully slow, and no one seemed to care. i would've thought as a special guest i woudl ve been given an upgrade, but no such luck. just disapointing all around.

The single room was pretty cozy and clean. The bed was really nice and comfortable, which is a huge plus. I liked that the room had modern updates like a flat screen TV. However, it was on the smaller side, but that's typical for Japan. Plus, the bathroom amenities were decent too!

The room was very clean with comfy feathers pillows and the flat-screen TV was mounted well. Loved the amenities like the electric kettle and free toiletries. The location was super convenient, close to buses and trains. Spa facilities looked appealing too. The bed was a highlight for sure!
